Chia Seeds

Full of nutritional values and very limited calories, chia seeds are loaded with fiber, omega-3 fatty acids and protein. These high antioxidant seeds are very good for health. Tiny plant seeds also provide great bone health. Chia seeds are very easy to incorporate into your daily diet soaked or raw; you can add them to your daily bottle of water, puddings, smoothies, cereal bowl, oatmeal etc. Our personal favorite is the mango-chia seed pudding.
